KINGSVALLEY

In 1987 our family came to La Manga to find a second home, a retreat for vacation. We found out that a company was about to start building a new tall building by the sea, so we decided to purchase one of the apartments. In 1989, we moved in after they had finished the construction of the building and carpenters where done with the apartmen.

The apartment has now been in the family for over 26 years, in the beginning we only had it as a vacational rental home. A couple of years later we started to rent it out for mainly Spanish guest whom frequently come to this area for their vacation.

We have done several renovations during these years and last year (November 2014) we changed out all the beds and switch our a sofa bed. Which make the apartment more flexibe and actually sleeps 6 if you want to use the sofa bed and the bunk bed. Personally I would recommend the bunkbeds for children but an adult can sleep fine here as well.

The apartment has no A/C unit but since it's location is on the 7th floor with no buildings in the way for the airflow from kitchen to the balcony and vice versa.

We have installed WiFi and bought a new flat screen SMART-TV.
