The apartment

The apartment is located on the 7th floor overlooking the harbour, the island and the mainland sky line.

The building is located just by the Mar Menor (little ocean).

A short 2 minute walk and your on the beach, it's a child friendly beach with a large shallow part of the Mar Menor that runs out a couple of hundred meters from shore.

The apartment is a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen overlooking the living room. The balcony is 20 square meters big with enough space to entertain larger groups of people. Beds, sheets and sofa are brand new of Spring 2015.

The bathroom has a toilet, bath tub and a washing machine.
The kitchen has all the things you need to prepare your meals
Beds, there is a master bedroom a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) the small bedroom has a bunk bed that hold two people, perfect for kids. The sofa in the living room also turns into a double Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm).
The facility has a pool area just outside the front door.

There are several restaurants in the nearby area inlucing one on the street and a coffee shop in the building.
